Our trainers were born, raised and educated in Italy, particularly in the Milan area where the requirements for business communication of the highest level usually originate. You might think that there is no difference between tortellini pasta wraps from Bologna and those from Rome. In reality, each town has a unique recipe and preparation. While attending our language courses, you will become familiar with entrees like spaghetti alla chitarra e ragù (guitar spaghetti and meat sauce) and desserts like tiramisu (cheer-me-up) or affogato al caffè (ice cream drowned in coffee).
